How You Can Help the Program

There have been many changes to the Environmental degrees in the College of Geosciences in the past few years. Once upon a time the Environmental Studies degree was housed in the Geography department and the Environmental Geosciences degree was an interdisciplinary degree operating out of the Dean's Office. However, in January 2007 the two degrees were joined under the new title of Environmental Programs in the College of Geosciences. Dr. Andrew Millington, a Geography professors, acted as Interim Director until he was officially named Director in Feburary 2009. A full-time Academic Advisor was hired as well: former Environmental Studies student Emily Driskill Dykes '08. Environmental Programs are growing!
